This is my initial planned route going out. Since I intend to plan each days leg of the trip the prior evening this will change slightly as i go along.

Courthouse in Princeton Indiana

A few pics of "The House On The Rock" just northwest of Dodgeville WI. and designed by Frank Lloyd Wright

Left Aitkin Minnesota this morning with the threat of rain coming at me so had to wait to the last minute in order to hit a clear spot up ahead. Got lucky and found a closed convenience store for cover until the hail and rain passed.

Leech Lake near Walker Mn. Beautiful resort area.

Near the head of the Mississippi River, about 6-8 feet wide in the background

Sunday Service, today's attendance 1

Roads are straight for 10's of miles

A Hudson Hornet, the car that dominated Nascar in the late 40's and early 50's

Leaving Minnesota heading into North Dakota on the way to Bismarck

Wheat fields as far as the eye can see

Bread basket of the world......

Taking a break for a double decker train

Where I'm going and where I've been

Harvest Time!

Harley Cruise Control is only active up to 90 mph so i had to back it down from 105 to take a pic. :)

I guess the good Lord made a special place for all the Ahola's when they die so we don't have to be around them then too.

Off to Sturgis on Monday!!!!

Rolling into South Dakota heading to the 75th anniversary Sturgis Rally!

About half of the bikes at Black Hills Harley in Rapid City SD around 4pm on Monday

I guess it was just a matter of time for the "New Wave" to hit the bikes as well

Looking down Sturgis Main at ~5 pm on the first official day of the Rally

During the old west days, the Great Western Cattle Trail ran thru Belle Fourche just northwest of Sturgis

Center of the U.S. near Belle Fourche
